Bathtub stopper did not work. My wife wanted to take a bath. Breakfast too high for a buffet only. Weird entry to the property.

This way the noisiest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. We have stayed in many hotels that are located along the highway for travelers but this hotel has zero sound barrier. It felt like we were open air camping on the emergency lane it was so loud. If you want any sleep at night only stay here if you have checked and are guaranteed an opposite of the highway side room.

After reading some reviews that were mixed we decided to go anyway.
GLAD we did because this is a great hotel, very clean and convenient to the highway and entertainment.
Jordan at the front desk was a very pleasant and knowledgeable man. He is an asset to this property. Could not do enough for us.
The rooms, the entire property was very clean and everywhere had a fresh clean smell!!
Only negative would be, and understandable, no buffet breakfast during the week, only on weekends. During the week, if you paid $15 for breakfast for 2, they only have pre-made breakfast sandwiches, juices, yogurt, and packaged cereal.
But we will return next time we return to Jacksonville!!

After reading the reviews of this hotel we were a little leary of staying here. The minute we walked into the lobby, there was a smell of CLEANINESS, and FRESHNESS. The lobby bathrooms were spotless!!!! We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jordan at the front desk. This man is an ASSET to this great property. He assisted us with the check in ,and it was speedy and smooth. The hotel has a bar, and Burger restaurant, and on the weekends offers a buffet breakfast. The room was crisp and clean, as were the corridors and elevators. Coffee is always on in the lobby. Breakfast sandwiches substitute for the buffet breakfast during the week. Although they were pre made they weren't bad, but not as good as a buffet breakfast would have been. In closing don't get fooled by the negativity of a few, but rather see for yourself as we did. Make sure you ask for Jordan when you check in and I'll guarantee you your stay will be smoth, comfortable, and stress free.
