It was terrible from the beginning. i pulled up and went inside. The receptionist wasnt very friendly at all. She acted like it i was bothering her. On the site it said there was limited room service. come to find out there was none at all. Got to the room it was a handicap room which i didn't need. the shower was terrible. it was my wife's birthday and i wanted it to be special but that didn't happen. We ended up leaving around 4 am. We didn't even stay there 12 hours it was so bad.

Der große Komplex wird gerade sukzessive komplett renoviert. Die Bauarbeiten haben aber keine Auswirkungen auf den sonstigen Betrieb. Die fertigen Zimmer sind geräumig und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schade, dass auch nach einer Renovierung nach wie vor nur ein billiger Plastikvorhang die Wanne abtrennt. Für den hohen Übernachtungspreis eher durchschnittliches Frühstück. Der Poolbereich wirkt wenig ansprechend. Ärgerlich, dass auch der Parkplatz kostet. (Zurzeit?) nur geringe TV-Senderauswahl mit zum Teil schlechter Bildqualität

Tina and Peaches were very friendly and welcoming during the breakfast. They even came over and cleared my plate! The food was fresh and hot. Tina and Peaches made sure the the breakfast area was clean and everything was filled up. These ladies were fantastic!

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was not very friendly and made it feel like an inconvenience to even ask a question but the rooms were decent and clean

The reception charged parking twice for the same car against two separate rooms we had booked. While checking in, we clearly told her that we have one car, and she gave only one dashboard slip. But still, for both the rooms, the parking fee was added, which is not good.

Upon checking in, we were asked to come back in 30 minutes because there were no key cards available despite having a checkin time of 3pm. 30 minutes later when we were able to enter our room, the bed was *****ped of all linens with them located in the corner on a chair. Staff did accommodate the linens after we had asked, however, this is unacceptable after paying for a nice place to stay.
