This is a great place to stay when you come to Jacksonville. Near the airport, zoo and other major locations. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. You got stove top, microwave and a full size fridge. If you don’t feel like cooking there many restaurants around. They also have a laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. Definitely recommend.

The staff had great customer service skills and very sweet. The GM Angela was great she checked us in with no issues and accommodated all of needs. The room smelled so fresh soon as you opened the door. My family and I will return again. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Ms Angela is the sweetest most professional person I have felt with so far staying in hotels. I got in a bad situation and she was very patient and understanding. She helped us with food and was a huge blessing. I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a comfortable place to stay.

Great experience from checking in. Yolanda and team are the best. Rooms very clean. Convenience is the key. Close to 95. Secured at night. Smoke free environment. Laundry room on site open 24 hours, vending machines both drinks and snacks located on site

I've never had such a bad experience with hotels. We ordered 2 hotel rooms. Came in at 10:30pm, no one was there to greet us. Had to call someone to get us checked in. Whoever we called, was not a happy camper. She was not happy to be there for sure. This place smelled like ****. 1 room had a cockroach, the shades were broken, and the sink was filthy. The other room, we couldnt get the lights on and had to call the lady again. There was a group of people outside behind the hotel with LOUD music and were having their own little party. To me it seemed like the employee was a part of it and thats why she was annoyed at being interrupted by us. We were leaving at 8:00a.m., no one was there to check us out. We ended up just leaving our keys at the desk, just like that. I DO NOT recommend this place.

They have good customer service and the rooms are clean it's a quiet environment I would recommend anyone here never had a problem with the staff they treat you like family I'll stay here anytime l ove this place...... stop y'all stop on by now

I like this building because it’s always being cleaned daily. It’s quiet when I’m sleeping at night. This is a safe place to stay. The staff will accommodate to your needs as much as possible. The staff is respectful and professional during my every visit.
