Hope was amazing, a breathe of fresh air!
Beautiful, clean property we loved staying here so much that we chose to stay here a second time when we returned for family business.

The hotel overall was very nice, the issue that I have is that our toilet overflowed, and when I told the front desk, they didn’t seem too concerned. So the service is my only complaint I think we at least should’ve gotten an apology for the inconvenience of having that happen And asked if there’s anything they can do to make her stay better. But the lady in the front just said we’ll send someone up and she didn’t really seem concerned at all about what happened. I have to say that the location is very good though. There’s lots of restaurants walking distance the view is very beautiful. There’s a nice lake right next to the hotel. My only issue was the customer service because of what happened with the bathroom.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and the hotel was amazing. The rooms are spacious shower water is hot. The staff was nice very friendly. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was worth adding to our stay. I could definitely see myself staying here more often and the price was amazing.

Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Indigo hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a great area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Jacksonville.
