Convenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

I found it odd that they would charge me $50 for a key charge. That is gonna take them 7 to 10 days for it to put back on my credit card when they instantly charge.
Also, that I had to walk down stairs and around the corner. In order to get iceas the ice machine was locked off on our floor

The hotel is extremely outdated. Definitely not worth the $160 I paid. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was no water pressure in the shower, hair all over the bathroom floor. There were uncovered wires coming out of the wall. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall Im very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Very friendly staff, great location and spacious room. TV is a little bit out of date and no way to hook up my Netflix but overall ok. I am an extended stay so prices could be a little better for people who are staying long-term.

We liked it so much we stayed longer than expected...one day ended up being 7days.... I wanna go back now... I live in Jacksonville.... Baymont inn made us feel like we was out of town 🥰🙏😁😀😄😁😂🤣😃😅

The night desk man was extremely rude and agitated and indicated " He did not need this job." I feel if you are not happy working where you interact with customers, then this may not be the career for you.

I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the room, most outdoor facing hotels. You find our rundown, but not this place. This is a well-maintained, hotel, and peaceful, comfortable beds. If I had to complain about something, it would be the pillows but I bring my own, so that was really no big deal And I’m sure if I had said something to the front desk they would’ve fixed it. I will definitely be back
