The room was dirty I checked in early smell was horrible heater didn't work was given a space heater it didn't work room was smelly it was absolutely horrible AND THEY REFUSED MY REFUND AND I LEFT BEFORE TIME TO CHECK IN

Well false advertising on free breakfast and coffee 24 hours neither was available cleaning stuff was sitting on table in the room

Arrived at 2 am, found room hadn't even been cleaned. No blanket or sheets on the bed, big bag of trash on the bathroom counter. Was too tired to go complain so I went to sleep in my clothes. Next morning I went for breakfast, and when I returned, couldn't get into my room. Had to wait a half hour because the attendant didn't have a master key, and had to call for help.

We were put in a room that had a broken tv. No wash cloths. Dirt on pillows. Called the front desk to advise of such. The manager was working the desk and every time we called he would hang up on me. Called the main office and they kept hanging up on them. The main office said they would get this incident straightened out. Never heard anything back from them. I don’t recommend staying at this place. Better off sleeping in ur car.
