Nice location and several dining options nearby. No regular coffee in room. Asked for some and front desk said they would get us some but never did. Small thing but I sure do like my cup of coffee in the morning as I get ready for the day

Although property and room was clean, I was quite disappointed in amenities. First of all, although there was a bar, it was not open on New Year’s Eve!!! There was no waitress service at restaurant. Very misleading on website.

Trendy, Guest Service excellent Hotel. Came up for a concert, was very surprised how great this hotel was. The level of customer service especially with our fur baby Duke was phenomenal. From now on will go out of my way to find Aloft Hotels, especially, this one in Jacksonville. FL.

I stayed at the Aloft because it was the hotel option with EV chargers. My work gave us the option of Aloft or Marriott, and only Aloft mentioned EV chargers on their website. (I ended up not driving the EV, but it was nice to have the option.) Check in was easy, and my room was ready and clean. I don't love the Aloft brand as I don't think it caters to my demographic, but it was perfectly adequate for a midweek trip made without my kids. I had a standard two queen room. It had a single sink and a shower (no tub). The room had a view of their conference room/ballroom building. The doors do not do much to keep the sound of the hallway out, and throughout the night, I could hear people talking and doors slamming. Not great. The beds were just a little too firm, but I thought the pillows were fine. The shower water pressure was not great, even when adjusted to be high velocity. I did not try out the pool, but it looked nice. The room was fine, although I don't necessarily agree with some of the design, which seemed less practical. I did like that parking was free and that there were several restaurants within walking distance. I think next time I'll try out the nearby Marriott.

I’ve been here twice. I travel to Jacksonville 5-6 times per year and stayed in many hotels but I love this one! The only issue is that there isn’t a place in the shower to store a bar of soap. Most hotels don’t give you bath soap (only bath wash/gel) so I bring my own. This also means there isn’t a place to put your razor, loofah, anything else you usually use in the shower. I forgot about this when booking again. It might or mean much to some people but for me (and likely many others, especially women) this is very inconvenient. They don’t have a free breakfast either. They’re in a great location which I love but for the reasons I mentioned, I won’t be staying here again. I don’t want to deter anyone else. If you’re ok with not having the items I mentioned, this is a great place to stay!
