I doubt you will find any nicer staff anywhere in Florida. From check in to check out every single staff member was amazing, valet service was the best, breakfast staff extremely nice, bar staff so great and the housekeeping was excellent. The ladies on reception desk were so welcoming and just downright friendly. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will always choose to stay there any time we are in Jacksonville. Thank you Southbank Marriott for another wonderful experience.

The valet service was fantastic! Chloe, Shaq, and Damon were very nice upon greeting us. When we went to leave at the end of the night Chloe found our keys and Damon ran to our car (literally), thanks to them we didnāt even have to wait 60 seconds before our car was pulled around. Shaq opened the door for both me and my aunt. These three were a very efficient team with great work ethic.

Nice staff, big property, nice lounge. The restaurants were a bit expensive for the quality of the food and service was a bit slow. However, we enjoyed our stay and the housekeeping and front desk were awesome.
