It is currently 3:26 am and I am laying in the hotel room that is 80 degrees. We’ve removed the blanket from our bed to avoid sweating. The air conditioner will not set to any cooler. Checking in was about as tough as it gets, as there was no one at the front and the door was locked at 9pm. I had to call the headquarters and wait 30 minutes to get someone to open the door. I’m not one to leave reviews, I’ve left maybe 2 in my life and the other one was an ice cream shop that had a good root beer float. There are a ton of cheap hotels in Jacksonville, just pick a different one…any one…

Worst experience ever.. I decided to book and check in the following morning.., because i was drained from working.. arrived she explained i couldn’t check in because she had me as a no show.. my apt had caught fire I stayed in the lobby and fused from 4-7 to try to get accommodated… my kids and i had paid 500 dollars and she was going on and on and finally felt bad the room had no head board rags and towels nasty choose not use for my own health roaches where more comfortable than me for free! Oh the lobby is closed between 12 -4 i felt scammed oh still waiting on 100 dollar deposit.. i dont know why they have that in play the place is already a mess

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I booked an overnight stay here for work and arrived super late due to a flight delay caused by the weather. Upon my arrival I was greeted by front desk staff that was nice and helpful, however when I got to my room it was disgusting and dirty. Within 15 minutes of being there I decided to call the front desk and check out. I asked for a full refund, but was told that I wouldn’t be able to receive one due to cancellation policy stating I needed to cancel within 24 hours…. I explained that the room was gross and that I booked the room expecting it to be clean and it was the opposite. I wasn’t even in the room 15 minutes, but was not allowed a refund. They did offer me to change rooms, but after what I saw I would have preferred to sleep in my rental car. There were ants on the walls, stains on the comforter, and something splattered all over the walls and lap shades… DO NOT STAY HERE. There was no manager on site to assist me. The front desk staff did try to help by calling the manager via phone to ask for permission to issue the refund. Despite the front desk staff explaining we had just checked in, the manager would not allow a refund and refused to speak to us directly. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and contacting their Cooperate office because the manager was USELESS. Also, it’s a bad area. There were sketchy people wandering around and hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived at 1:30am.
