Loved my entire stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly. My room was clean and smelled sanitized. Even the complimentary breakfast was superb. I will definitely book here again for all of my future Jax visits.

This location is a home away from home for my husband and I when we visit our military daughter. The staff is exceptional and they always go above and beyond the call of duty. I mentioned the air-conditioner seemed a bit noisy and it was looked at immediately and replaced! The rooms are roomy, cozy, clean, and quiet. Each staff member works so hard to make the guests happy and safe with a smile on their face!

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Nice selection on breakfast. Only complaint was the tv and changing the channels it takes a hot minute to go from one station to the other. Otherwise great hotel. My go to when I’m in Jax.
