absolutely love this hotel, it’s off in the cut not near the busy river city but yet conveniently 3 mins down the road. great place! love it here!!

Upon arrival I was told there was an issue with the third party website I used to book and my room unavailable. 1 room, 2 queen beds. The staff was able to accommodate me to a smaller room with one queen bed and 1 pull out couch. Upon entering the room I quickly realized the lack of cleanliness. Almost every sheet, cover and even shower curtain had some form of stain or hole in it. There was human hair on the carpets and in some of the clean sheets. The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. In the middle of the night at about 2 am someone used a key to enter the room and quickly left after realizing it was occupied. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it.

We picked this hotel because it is near the airport and we had a very early flight scheduled. Our room did not have a working phone and the alarm clock did not work. I complained to the front desk. They would not help me. I wanted them to call the manager and the maintenance man but she would not do it. And she did not get me an alarm clock. I will never stay in a Microtel hotel again. It was very noisy all night too.
