The room was clean and spacious the doors on the bathroom where poorly deand installed and not very private for a sutie for Multiple people to stay in ..the standard hotel amenities were not there ... pen paper tip envelope for the room cleaners extra blankets

Everything about our stay was great! We had a very slight issue at check in and when I brought it to their attention, Nicholas Moreno and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was great. No complaints at all! We hope to be back soon.

The hotel staff are nice. The place is pretty clean. While there are a lot of choices for breakfast it’s all pretty much prepackaged and heated food. The oa**eal is a good consistency but never warm enough. This is my 4th stay at this hotel in last 8 weeks. I have stayed about 12 nights. Some rooms have better mattresses than others. Over all it’s a solid place to stay. Great location!

Very Clean and breakfast was great and delicious rooms spacious and plenty of towels. Fire pit outside was romantic. Easy check in and checkout. Tv had ole ty of channels to watch movies. Sofa bed comfortable and office space great to work when needed

I stayed one night at Home2Suites while in Jacksonville for business. The king room was precisely what I needed after a long day on the road and at work. While intended for longer stays, I enjoyed the ability to spread out in the living area. The bed was comfortable and the hotel very quiet. The breakfast provided was pretty good with a decent selection. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I travel to Jacksonville several times a year and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed yet. I will likely be returning in the near future.

So much space!!! Very convenient to have a full fridge and freezer, kitchenette, two queens and a pull out sofa. Having two kids at a dance competition, this extra space (including moveable desk space) was perfect for our weekend.

barn style door was very difficult to open and noisy. All the other amities were very good. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful! Dirty, noisy, brown stains on the sofa, blinds broken, door handle fell off bathroom door, sink smelled horrible, tv didn’t get any channels, awful!!!
