Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was wonderful., consistently kept the room clean. Bar could be better (Not opened on the weekend). Pool was closed. The pull out couch was damaged and could not be used.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and nice but I want to mention the pillows were garbage. I called guest services and requested new ones and never heard back from anyone. We ended up buying some at a store.

this is an excellent location and hotel for 1 day or 2 weeks - clean - well maintained - expanded area for breakfast. very pleased with the overall location - individual rooms - new styling - comfortable for a business traveler like myself. Will use this location even though a Courtyard is closer to our H.O. Staff is very helpful and friendly which is a plus.

It was great stay as usual. I’ve been coming to Jacksonville for 10 years. I was one of the first people to stay at this location and have been back multiple times each year. I would’ve stayed here more, but some of the trips the prices for here were considerably higher than similar hotels. This however is my favorite.

Clean lobby area, room, bath/shower. Well-maintained room condition. Thank you to your maintenance staff. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants. Overall, we were very pleased. Compliments to front desk staff. They were professional and courteous.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Our room was great, the bed was perfect, not too soft, not too firm. For an overnight trip, this hotel was a great choice.
