I had a problem with the first room and was moved immediately due to the electrical problem that was happening in the room. Overall it was clean and the customer service was great.

Upon arrival not good directions to room. The stairs were blocked by beer bottles and trash. The rooms were old and some walls and the bathroom door had a hole in it. There were cockroaches in room.

I book this room 3 months ago with a king size bed. Did not get it. They were renovating the rooms and did not get an email. I was very disappointed that the room was not completed and had to take a second choice which was not completed!

Deplorable room conditions including black mold in the bathroom wall, crusted over shower, holes in wall. There was something on the wall by the bed that appeared to be either fecal matter or blood. Pool was not functioning and that was never posted. We got in very late and slept on top of the beds in our clothes.
Had a reservation for the next evening and cancelled after seeing the room conditions. Hotel refused to refund. This isn't ok--if your hotel is disgusting, guests are entitled to a refund on a cancellation, 24 hours less or not. Had I seen this room in advance or know about the pool, we would have never stayed. Avoid at all costs!

During my stay on April 2024, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't have a coffee/tea maker in the room, an iron, an iron desk, or an alarm clock, as per the booking description and booking confirmation. When I asked for the items at the front desk, the employee said they had never had them and suggested that the mistake was mine because I booked from a third-party provider, which is wrong. I booked directly using the Wyndham app. The room was filthy, with running cockroaches, a dirty bathroom and a broken toilet lid. The breakfast was abysmal compared to other Wyndham hotels, and some employees barely speak English, unable to explain where requested items are located.

They gave us a room with no working smoke detectors and a busted lock on the door, the remote for the TV was grimy and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Very disappointed
