Broken in-room coffee maker. Poor water temp and pressure in shower. Noisy air conditioner.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well-presented, great variety, clean area and delicious. The room was clean and had the extras that made the stay great, I.e., docking stations, bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and etc.

Accomadating staff. I have issues with my fee5 and was using a cane. The staff saw this and worked with me to get a room close to where I was parked to minimize my walking.

The room was comfortable and very quiet. We stayed 2 nights and was surprised to have our room cleaned daily. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls! Area was a little concerning with security guards at Zagsby’s to walk employees out to cars and schizophrenic lady causing a scene to Burger King. Both within walking distance.

The staff from the time we checked in until the time we checked out were very nice and upbeat. It's such a pleasure to see individuals who are actually thankful for their job and enjoy trying to make your stay as easy as possible and not overly priced. I just wish the pool had been heated as it's outside and it was cold outside. Otherwise it was nice and quiet and comfortable.

This is a relatively new property but we had no hot water till the next morning. The staff was very helpful and the managers welcome was great! I’d stay there again if in the area.
