The shower floors are slippery. My wife slipped getting into the shower. She hit her face and elbow. Need to make the shower floors with better grip

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well-presented, great variety, clean area and delicious. The room was clean and had the extras that made the stay great, I.e., docking stations, bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and etc.

Accomadating staff. I have issues with my fee5 and was using a cane. The staff saw this and worked with me to get a room close to where I was parked to minimize my walking.
