Food below average, rooms are clean but to old with air conditioning extremely noisy. We are staying 3 nights and first one couldn't sleep, when ask for a different room they said all are the same, but it's not true, the other building use a different type of AC, when I pointed that and ask again for another room they charge me $20 extra for that. Poor customer service. Probably will never return.

Check in was a nightmare. Food was good. Pool water was cloudy. Staff was very friendly.

Since August I made the reservation for 2 rooms and they gave me 1 room on the 3rd floor and another on the 2nd floor
It is something illogical, my children were left apart
And the answer was, “it is x availability.”
Then it seems to me a great injustice that the guards who are at the entrance and exit to the beach do not have a chair and spend 8 or more hours a day standing, they only have to check the bracelets and I think that sitting they do the same thing as being standing, if they are in good condition, like any worker, they do their job better, don't forget it……!!!!!!!!
The rooms are exc, the food exc as always (this is why we return here), the attention exc, the place clean, impeccable, it is one of the best all-inclusive!!!

I paid for 2 rooms this 1/19/2024 thru 1/22/2024 my room was 206 and had no issues as it was good,however i also paid for a room for my daughter which her room was115 and the room had no tv or working electrical outlets.We asked if someone was coming to fix it but it never happened.
