They are very friendly, they treated us very well. We really enjoyed the horseback riding when we entered the wild jungle and saw monkeys and sloth bears. and a beautiful sunset. ********************** I recommend it, they have very knowledgeable horses, very gentle, they are in good condition, they are a family business...Beautiful Costa Rica for life 💛

Overall the Hotel Club Del Mar is an amazing property and we would definitely stay there again!

Good location for the beach, good restaurant (pricey) and friendly/helpful staff. Would definitely consider staying there again. However, a major road is just meters from the rooms and noise levels (trucks, primarily), are pretty high all night.I am not sure many areas in Jaco are quiet, but if the noise will bother you, then be advised.

Wonderful location with direct access to the Pacific beach. Room was exceptionally well furnished and equipped. Food was very good and the restaurant has an amazing view over the pool and out to the ocean. Very good security. Heck in and out couldn’t have been easier.

We loved this small, friendly, boutique hotel and staff. The management was excellent (Tom & Jason) and took the time to get to know everyone and get feedback on everything. The property is right next to the main road/highway and can be noisy with road traffic.

U will be treated as roalty 1st class

This is truly the BEST resort I have ever stayed! The staff was wonderful and Tom the manager was most helpful with all our needs. The staff ordered our taxi service each day and made all our reservations for excursions he had planned.. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was immaculate… I would recommend this resort to anyone vacationing in Costa Rica…5 stars.

We have just returned from 10 nights in Costa Rica. We started our Costa Rican adventure at the Club Del Mar in Jaco. We only stayed for two nights on route to Manuel Antonio with the sole intention to break up the journey after a long flight. All the children wanted to do surf lessons and we thought this would be the ideal place for them to learn. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for 6 of us. Two adults, and then children aged 11, 12, 13 and 14. We arrived late in the day after a long flight and were shown to our room. We decided to put two of the children in the master bedroom and take the sofa bed for ourselves so that they all got a good night sleep. This worked well but we were very envious of the Master suite. The sofa bed is probably better suited for children but was ok for two nights. The children had two lots of 2 hour surf lessons booked for our day there. The first at 6am and the second at 4pm. The 6am session was perfect. The beach was pretty much empty and they all managed to get up on the boards pretty quickly. The second session was busier. I think this was mainly due to it being Easter weekend. They were keen to get back out on the water but with some trepidation at the crowds. The surf instructors were brilliant though, handled the crowds brilliantly and they had a fantastic second session catching the waves at sunset. Between lessons we chilled by the pool and encountered our first Costa Rican food experience. The food at this hotel is out of this world and the best we had during our stay in Costa Rica. Everything we ate made our tastebuds sing! It was all so fresh and flavoursome.

The folks here are amazing! Service is outstanding in every way! We shall return for another vacation soon
