Love the staff. Roxanne and Lety are amazing. David is great. But letty is #1. Nico is the greatest but Chris on the second floor is even better. I don’t know which staff member was better. They are all Amaxing. The staff at hot moxy are amazing.

Hotel Ibiza Is a wonderful Oasis in Jacó … A short walk to the beach and it is in town close to many wonderful restaurants. The staff was amazing. They keep everything clean and are very attentive to whatever you need. The pools were great and the restaurant on site was good too! The pool side bar is open every day and Ariel fixed up wonderful drinks. We were in a king suite room which had a refrigerator and a king size bed, which was very comfortable. As per the other reviews, you can hear the bar next-door from around 9 o’clock at night till 12 or one in the morning. That was really the only downside that we noticed. We felt very safe, comfortable, and taken care of! Thanks to all of the staff!

Gratis Upgrade für kleine Suite bekommen. Superzimmer mit schönem Soussol und feinem Badezimmer. Im Innenhof 2 schöne Pools mit Bedienung der Snackbar. In einer Seitenstrasse gelegen aber nur ein paar Meter vom Nachtleben entfernt. Leider nur eine Nacht geniessen können.

From the moment we walked up to the reception desk we felt welcome. Check-in was very easy, and any time we dealt with the front staff, particularly Saul, it was great. Nice rooms, a great pool, and a great location near shopping, dining, and 4 min stroll to the beach. The staff overall is very attentive, and always in action tidying and cleaning. I would highly recommend the Ibiza Hotel to anyone. Pura Vida!

Jaco is a wild place and the area around the hotel is pretty "entertaining," but as soon as I stepped inside the hotel entrance it was calm and peaceful. Parking was good and my car seemed safe, the staff was helpful and fun, and the value for the price I paid was excellent. The room was nice and cool. I would definitely stay there again.
