El parador se encuentra en lo alto de la montaña pegado al castillo, la ubicación es excepcional.

The parador is located at the top of the mountain next to the castle, the location is exceptional.

Las vistas son preciosas desde el parador, las habitaciones son muy completas, el servicio es muy amable y la comida es de muy buena calidad.

The views are beautiful from the parador, the rooms are very complete, the service is very friendly and the food is of very good quality.

這個酒店的位置在山上，可以俯瞰整個哈恩城，房間也很漂亮，而且早餐相當豐盛，是我見過的品種最豐富的西方的酒店之一。整體來説，值得推薦。

Eine tolle Lage auf dem Hügel oberhalb der Stadt erlaubt einen weiträumigen und bezaubernden Blick in die Region und Landschaft. Das Parador ist eine faszinierende Gebäudlichkeit, und sowohl Service, Qualität und Service sind bei Zimmer und Restauration wirklich Spitze.
Wir können dieses Parador als Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen uind haben die einmalige Übernachtung dort auf unserer Andalusienreise sehr genossen inkl. erlesenes Abendessen und reichaltigem Frühstück.

Poor service throughout! Most disappointing. We requested a double bed, the room had 2 singles. We asked for them to be put together,  impossible! We asked for tea/ coffee facilities in the room , impossible.   We asked to have our light lunch on the patio,  impossible.  The swimming pool area has zero service, no tea, coffee, drinks etc.  The pool area is poorly maintained. You have to ask for a code at reception to use the ground floor toilet.  These people have zero concept of ”service”

Great hotel was closed and it was painful, we had to sleep outside due to travel, thank you very much for spending a birthday, stole our money, and customer service in Spanish from 9 to 18, but this is 4 o’clock, it’s good to have no one to attend

The hotel was built using part of the castle.   The character and original features used good.   Restaurant food very good.    Breakfast was to order plus there were cold buffet items.  Coffee very good. Staff very happy and helpful.
