Lovely comfotable hotel, well situated with friendly staff.Breakfast was good. I did find it strange that the coffee for the machine in the bedroom was not replenished for our second night, and there was only one each for the first night. Also when the beds were made our nightwear was just throw on top of one of the beds when usually it is folded on or in each bed. Also the towels were not changed, this could be because of the water shortage. Neither of these fact made any difference to our lovely stay in Jaen

En resumen lamentable, colchón antiquisimo, ruido de una discoteca cernana, imposible dormir, despues de comunicarlo en recepción no hicieron nada. Hotel de otros tiempos, las cuatro estrellas eles viene grande. Es mejor Buscar otro hotel.

En general las instalaciones bien. El personal nos informó que no funcionaba el A/A y estuvimos tres días sin servicio . Resulta que si funcionaba y no dieron ni tan siquiera una disculpa de cortesía. Muy mal en la atención al cliente. Sr. Director seleccione mejor al personal.

Ni de lejos es un 4*. Habitaciones con mobilario ronico, buffet desayuno muchisimo que desear y simple. Problemas con el pk concertado....un lio para poder salir y entrar.

The room was soooo hot and the AC wasn’t working. We opened the windows but were forced to close them at night due to the noise of a Christmas market right across the hotel. The parking was very convenient right across the street.

Hotel antiguo, pero modernizado. Las habitaciones tienen buena apariencia, pero los colchones son para tener que ir después al fisio. Puedes contar los muelles que tienen. Me he alojado dos veces, una en una suite y otra en un habitación normal, mismo problema en las dos con el colchón . Lo comunicamos en recepción las dos veces y nos pusieron una manta y un par de sabanas encima. Por muy simpática que sea la gente del servicio, que lo son, y muy renovadas las habitaciones, si no se descansa bien, lo demás se olvida.

Bastante mejorable para trat**** de un 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, el ruido de las cisternas es insoportable, dentro de tu habitación se oyen las de todas las cercanas. Y para remate, la música de la discoteca anexa, que suena hasta altas horas. En definitiva, sólo pasable.
