"Stayed 4 nights and had a very nice sleep. The rooms a silent and dark. The entrance to the rooms contains double doors. This isolates the noice and lights from the corridor. The breakfast buffet as the restaurant is good. Parking is for free and near the hightway which you will not hear In the rooms. To get to Jaen you will need a car. The price and quality is very affordable."

"The Hotel Europa has very clean rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. There was nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean. Toiletries were also available. The bed was also very clean. The rooms can only be entered with a key card and are therefore very secure. The staff was very nice and friendly; however, only some employees speak English. 24-hour reception. Credit card payment is also possible. There are even two computers for guests. The hotel is handicapped accessible as there is an elevator. There is also a ramp for wheelchair users in front of the hotel. There are no parking spaces. However, you can park your car in the nearby parking garage. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very centrally located. Sights, museums, churches, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot. There is also public transport in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, this hotel also had a few shortcomings. The bed in the room was a bit too short for my height of 196 centimeters. There were also technical problems with the air conditioning. The air conditioning broke down all the time. The staff were unable to fix this problem either. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I had booked the hotel with breakfast included. At the hotel I was then told that breakfast was not served until 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately that was too late for me. When I asked, the staff were unable to offer breakfast at 6:30 a.m. There was only a cup of coffee. That was very disappointing as I had to leave early."
