Horrible rooms, no proper room service, the flush wasn’t working and even after complaining the guy didn’t even bother to come and check the issue.

This is a lovely hotel with flair and great service. The suite was clean, spacious and had beautiful decor (and a separate toilet. The service went the extra mile to make us feel at home and help navigate the city. The staff was really friendly. The place was nice and cosy. The rooftop is nice too. The manager mr. Gaurav is a very good person and very friendly.

It was a pleasant stay at the lodge b&b. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early at no cost. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. My dad fell sick and they allowed me to take the electric kettle from their pantry to the room for drinking hot water. You have good shopping places near by. Also the main tourist attractions are within 1-2 km range.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is easily approachable at all time. Food have limited options but really feel value for money. Ali efforts are appriacted while sightseeing on next day morning as he always said his tuk tuk is like indian helicopter. He advise good things while our ride. Cheers to the lodge

No geyser the first day, no cleanliness in the room and washroom, no cable network and poor room service. How can make my trip have such association? refund was not possible as hotel said that the payment was made to you, otherwise never stayed at this cheap hotel

Pros: location, its very near by city palace and hawa mahal cons: Bathrooms are not very clean. Room didn’t have good ventilation. Had a smell through the stay. Late check out was not provided and they asked for 1000 rs just for two hours extra.

Rooms are good but few things are missing in the rooms like no mirror for getting ready. We needed extra single bed as we booked for 3 persons in a room but got only mattress to sleep. There was no balcony, only one window and in one of the room there was no window too.
