Location near the airport, convenient for travel, delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep

Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a strong odor in the lobby and the room. The facilities were old and broken. The people were all indifferent. The front desk said I didn't pay. I asked him to take a photo of the itinerary confirmation, but he said he didn't see the payment. I zoomed in on the paid page. Only then did he let me check in. I checked out the next day. They still said I didn't pay and kept arguing for a long time. I just wanted to get away quickly.

Fantastic hotel and staff i came with friends to stay it was very nice and pleasant That housekeeping service was very nice. Neat and clean rooms with good fragrance and one of the housekeeping guy Shiv help me alot with my every requirements. Thanks to Shiv

Hotel is rated a 4 star, this should be corrected to 3 star. Room smells, buffet breakfast suitable only for local clientele not international. When I ask reception if there was anywhere to have a quiet drink on Sunday afternoon at 3.00pm I was advise the bar opens after 6.00pm, so no where in the hotel for a drink.There was maintenance happening in the restaurant over looking the foyer, so all you could hear was banging of hammers, also apart from the reception desk being air-conditioned the rest of the area was hot. So we ventured outside in the heat to go for a drink, alas nowhere near the hotel for a Western to go for a drink. I then came across a bottle shop a few blocks away, purchased a few beers and processed back to the hotel and went up to the Rooftop Bar that I was advised by reception was closed and was greeted by a staff to advise the bar was open and I couldn't drink beers from outside hotel. All in all I can not in any way recommend this establishment to anyone outside of India. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a Western 4 Star hotel as this is a Indian 4 Star, very different to Western expectations.

Excellent meal and service from Kushan The hotel is well staffed with minimal wait times. Room is clean and well prepared. Our stay was only one night but would be happy to return.And hope to visit Ramada again when we travel to India The location is also perfect for the travellers

pasta was the best ever that I have had Indian food ladies fingers also excellent room and extra bed and view was great Kajal was serving and she was very sweet and caring wish her all the best in life location was very central and parj8ng was available checking and baggage handling was perfect

Najmin is veri good .good service of staff and Ramada hotel veri good food I like veri much..................................... we will come again. Thank you so much for the service.................................................
