The hotel itself is nice, big lobby, good a**osphere. Also the Sushi Restaurant in there is amazing good! Just the way to the sights of the city are far a bit! 20 minutes to independence place and 45 minutes to Batavia old town. But at the end I really enjoyed my stay in polluted Jakarta! Really a pity for the city!

I don't know how this hotel got a five-star rating! The hotel's facilities are old, the room smells pungent, and there are cockroaches waiting for you on the bedside table! By the way, no one cleaned the room the second day I checked in. It was only after I came back that I called the front desk three or four times to urge someone to come! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is even more ridiculous. The Spanish restaurant doesn't have paella, and the Japanese restaurant doesn't even have dishwashing liquid to clean the bowls. I began to doubt that the dishwashing liquid might be the seasoning for the new ramen soup in their store! What a terrible store!
