I stayed here for over a month while on placement in Jakarta. I would stay here again: it was good value for money and had a great location close to embassies and many other facilities. With the gorgeous pool and the quiet neighbourhood, it felt like an oasis away from the chaos of Jakarta. As a single woman, I felt very safe here with the 24-hour security guards and the high gates guarding the entrance to the property. My room was comfortable and always cleaned to a very high standard. Joseph was very approachable and any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. My only issues were a) my mattress was quite firm; b) the laundry service was quite slow and items would sometimes be returned 5 days later; c) the WiFi was a bit finicky and disconnected quite often (but would always reconnect quickly). But those are really minor gripes considering my otherwise good experience and the exceptional value for money this place represents.

Decent local Indonesian Hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that the room category was fully booked but before I could protest, they said that they will upgrade me to a Junior Suite. Now, how is that for instant service recovery.....? The suite was cavernous with a separate living area and a large bedroom. The bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the big plus was the coffee machine in the livinging room which brewed excellent coffee. Breakfast was mostly local options and very decent. Service associates were very helpful and polite. Everyone seem very willing to helf. When I looked ”lost” trying to figure out what to have for breakfast, one of the service associates came up to me and asked if I needed help and he bothered to explain what the various breakfast options were and even recommended to me his personal favourite. All in all, a great experience.

************* satisfied with the service and room facilities here. The air conditioner is cold, the bed and bathroom are clean. Strategic place, delicious and cheap food. The hotel staff are also friendly. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so if you get a room upstairs, you have to go up the stairs. But over all, it's okay. Satisfied and want to come back to stay here again. Thank God :)

The room was not really clean, sheet not change. And the price is not for 1 Room 1 night but this price for only transit 3 hour, and I have to pay Rp.200k it is unbelievable. but all staff is kind.
