Decent local Indonesian Hotel.
Upon checking in, I was told that the room category was fully booked but before I could protest, they said that they will upgrade me to a Junior Suite. Now, how is that for instant service recovery.....?
The suite was cavernous with a separate living area and a large bedroom. The bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the big plus was the coffee machine in the livinging room which brewed excellent coffee.
Breakfast was mostly local options and very decent.
Service associates were very helpful and polite. Everyone seem very willing to helf. When I looked "lost" trying to figure out what to have for breakfast, one of the service associates came up to me and asked if I needed help and he bothered to explain what the various breakfast options were and even recommended to me his personal favourite.
All in all, a great experience.
