Amazing staff at the Breakfast area, very attentive and always willing to assist. Many options available for breakfast, good location and lovely view from our villa. Great experience overall, will definitely go back!

Met ons gezin van 4 verbleven we in een super mooie garden villa. Heerlijk veel ruimte, 2 badkamers, goede bedden en een grote schaduwrijke veranda. Iedere dag schone strandlakens en super vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

The park is nice, lots of pebbles and could be a bit cleaner as litter isn't always removed in the parks between the villas. Villa's themselves are comfortable and Airco works well. Beach pool is nice, but not always 100% clean especially when it is busy. sunbeams are ok, some are a bit close to one and other. restaurants are nothing special but plenty of good ones around the beach so no problem. Clean beach towels everyday is nice. What makes the resort stand out is the staff who are very friendly and accommodating, big compliment for them, always available and willing to help with issues of which we had a few. All and all it was fine especially as it wasn't very expensive in the period we stayed.

Weer een supervakantie gehad op Curacao en bij Papa***o. Leuke villa’s, Nice touch van de gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Personeel op het resort is top!! De beachclub daarentegen valt wederom zeer tegen. Het lijkt niet zo moeilijk om er iets van te maken, tenslotte zijn er toeristen genoeg om aan te verdienen. Echter het personeel is langzaam en niet klantgericht. Het is daarom ook ongezellig in de beachclub, er zit geen kip. Ook op het strandje is er een groot verschil met de rest van de baai qua hospitality.

Stayed in Royal Suite, great for family, own pool is fab. Resort dealt with any setbacks professionally. Car rental via hotel was painless and supermarket nearby, as well as gym. Car needed to explore the island, parking easy and free everywhere. Overall fab stay!

We felt that the bungalows can use some refurbishment on the inside, but they are located beautifully and we still had a lovely stay. And the staff made it really special. After a long and exhausting travel day we arrived at Papa***o and our daughter who is Diabetic, has autism and ADHD, was completely overstimulated and exhausted. We had to wait to check in and I didn’t know how to keep my daughter calm. And then there was the lovely Loechnella, who had seen our panic and struggle from a distance, with her kindness she took us in and Evy immediately bonded with her. She took us with her and checked us in at the bungalow, which was great. She and all of the friendly staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable in any possible way. It was a delight and we felt ever so welcome. Evy still keeps Loechnella and Curaçao close to her heart.

Friendly staff and a nice location. The villas need to be updated however. We ordered wine for the arrival; this was not delivered even after two days of friendly reminders. After insisting a bit this was compensated with a reduced rate in a late checkout.

Prima verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, waarbij Loechnella een eervolle vermelding verdient. Wat een topper! De villa’s zijn zoals op de foto en hebben een prachtig terras met fijn zitje. We hebben niets gemist in de villa. Wel lees ik in de reviews dat de koelkast bij aankomst gevuld was. Dit was bij ons niet het geval helaas. Het zwembad op het resort zelf is geen aanrader. Niet schoon en er hing een indringende geur. Beach club is leuk voor een paar keer maar beter huur je een auto en bezoek je de prachtige stranden die Curaçao rijk is. Wel vroeg op pad voor een plek in de schaduw. Super fijn dat de villa elke dag werd schoongemaakt (incl schone handdoeken). Wel vonden we het jammer dat er regelmatig geen schone strandlakens beschikbaar waren wanneer we deze wilden omwisselen.

Geweldige villa, schoon en comfortabel, heel vriendelijk personeel, gezellige omgeving! Veel leuke restaurants en fantastisch strand. Heel veel te doen wanneer je een auto huurt, dat is wel een must. Het was op en top genieten en we komen zeer zeker terug!
