Excellent overall hotel .staff so helpful. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel except for the Wi-Fi which wasn’t the best. Would definitely go back

Had a really nice relaxing time here. Very good service in the Atlantico restaurant and bar, where Niko makes an excellent mojito. On the subject of cocktails, some very good ones to be had in the Green Bar too. Mehdi and Marianna in RL guest services are both welcoming and very professional. Every query is addressed with a genuine smile; thank you! Didn’t use the spa or many of the other facilities as was wholly content just to spend time quietly chilling. Would be happy to visit again when the opportunity arises.

Pleasant experience will be back. Really enjoyed my stay. Although my previous stay was a better holiday.

Absolutely fantastic hotel but it is on a very steep hill so could cause problems for people with mobility difficulties. Personally I would recommend paying for private transfers, it’s over an hour direct from the airport and travel company coaches tend to stop at as many hotels en-route as they can. We have stayed there 13 times now and we love it because it provides everything we want from a holiday. Needless to say we are all different, so may not suit if you want English TV, (so no Corrie or Love Island) or a reliable WiFi connection for emails or Faceache. But what the hell, you’re on holiday from all that!

Reception in the royal level area was warm and friendly! We then went to our room and were shocked at how old-fashioned it was! 80s style! You have to crawl into the shower tray (I'm attaching pictures). The room has a nice outdoor terrace by the upper pool, but the Pajara bar is never open there, which means you have to get dressed and get something from the lobby for every drink, annoying! Room cards only seem to work in all areas every 10 times. Unfortunately, vegetarian dishes are only available on request. With a few exceptions, the staff are not the friendliest. But that's understandable, at some bars there is only one person standing and they basically have to rotate. The restaurant in the royal level area deserves praise, the food is good, the staff are friendly and very inviting! The cocktail bar is also great and definitely recommended, which could be made a bit nicer, but that's in the eye of the beholder. The two bartenders are completely dedicated to their job, great! Unfortunately, restful sleep is out of the question here. If the suitcases or the staff's trolleys are rattling back and forth across the tiled floor in front of your room at 5 a.m., that's it! A ***** of carpet could significantly improve guests' sleep here! The minibar is refilled once on arrival, nothing special, so I don't understand why they don't do justice to the Royal Level here and just refill it every day! The hotel is clean, but it could do with a bit of modernization, it's 2024!! I would not recommend the hotel, especially the Royal Level area, it's just not worth the money!

We are currently staying here now 3/5/24. We have reported issues with the Wi-Fi on three occasions and have been told they have reported it to the external company that manages it. It doesn’t work in the restaurant, by the pool and in the room only sporadically and if you stand in a certain spot. It’s clear that the Wi-Fi at this hotel is just not up to the job. Believe it or not, we visited two years ago and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good then either. We thought they would have resolved it by now! The hotel itself is very good, the food is excellent and the service is very good and friendly. The spa is very nice but expensive for trea**ents. Free daily spa visits of 2 hours are included for Royal Level guests. We like this hotel but this is a pain to us and if you want to use Wi-Fi rather than pay for data roaming then you might want to think about this.

The hotel is set on a hill, is a walk of about 30 minutes from the beach. Don’t be put off by this as there is a bus from the hotel which drops off near the beach and picks up for return, not sure of the times as we are still able to comfortably walk. Rooms are clean and spacious , serviced daily , morning full clean then an evening turn down service. No need to reserve sun beds there are plenty for all the guests. Food varied but always good quality. Take advantage of the Wellness area, with the Royal Level you get 2 hours of the area, trea**ents are charged should you chose to have any. If there was one thing I would change it would be the music in the Atlantico area, please vary the music, the same tape playing over and over becomes monotonous. Maybe some authentic Spanish music,

Very poor services. Much lack of personnel. The rooms are very dusty, in the dining room there are many dirty tables, and you wait to get a clean one. At reception staff, not very friendly. Upon arrival at the hotel, they leave you a map, and you find your way to your room, without having a clue, everything dark and loaded with suitcases...
