Me and my partner have just got back from a week long holiday and I would say one of the best holidays we’ve been on. Food in the main restaurant was hot, tasty and had a wide range for everyone. The snack bar rotated its food every day and wasn’t the standard burgers every day which was a lovely change. The plaza bar in the evening was the place to be. Late night entertainment here was very good, and the DJ was on point every evening playing the tunes until midnight!! Beer was served in pint glasses (a rarity for an all inclusive). And cocktails were pretty decent throughout the hotel. Also strongbow on tap again was a first for me in an all inclusive!! The beach is so blue and beautiful (although windy) it was lovely down there. Although the steps are quite steep!! As we had an evening flight and check out was at 12, we used the courtesy rooms so we could make the most of the last bit of sun. And these rooms were huge and we didn’t feel the need to pay the $28 late check out fee. Things that could have been an issue but didn’t really bother us: 1. Main pool had tiles coming off the bottom and sides (could be an issue for children) 2. Aircon in the room was pretty non existent but we just slept with the balcony door open. We had a lovely week here as a couple and would definitely recommend!

Second time here. Stayed 7 days. The room ladies did an awesome job doing beds and changing towels. The food had a little bit more variety than last year but i would still recommend going out to local restaurants. I still recommend renting electric scooters which are in front of the hotel( you need to download the app). They are great for exploring the local area, going to morro jable beach. The activities can be booked via the tui app and the hotel app and i would highly recommend to do it and book it asap as the spots are getting booked quite quickly. We did archery multiple times where Alessandro was a great instructor and very friendly. The tennis coach are very good to point mistakes in your game and try breaking the habit of doing them. You will have fun in all stages, beginner, advanced, professional but do book it according to your level. Props to coach Adrianna for letting me borrow her nice racket and had a quick rally as no one showed up for the professional class. Mountain biking. The best activity so far. First time i booked it was for mountain bike level 2 oh boy it was quite challenging, but as soon your reach your mid journey i guarantee you will love the views from the mountain. The mountain bike instructors Razvan and Jasper were very helpful and always keep an eye on you if you couldn't keep up as fast as the others. Only book level 2 and above if you can ride up the hills for long periods. Level 1 was great as well as you will visit Morro Jable and its not difficult. Again big props to Razvan and Jasper for providing a great mountain biking experience. The facilities across the hotel are clean and well looked after. This is a very safe bet for an above average all inclusive holiday with activities, close beach, decent food and great staff.

We have just returned from our 11th visit to magic life, and it was as magical as ever!! We had a smooth check in despite arriving late at night, and our room was immaculate. We stayed for 14 nights, and the food was amazing. Excellent variety, freshly cooked and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Paulo in the main dining room. He always goes above and beyond to make lunch time special. All the staff, including Daniel in the main bar, work tirelessly to give guests through nest holiday ever. The entertainment was fantastic, especially the silent disco 🪩. We enjoyed several shows in the theatre, the dancers and the costumes are amazing. Thank you to all the staff at Magic Life. We will be back next year 😊

We’ve just come back from a lovely family holiday at this resort. Overall it was a great holiday and lovely accommodation, but it has so much more potential. The views are stunning, and the resort is right by the beach so very quick to get to, however if you have issues with mobility this wouldn’t be an option unfortunately as it a big climb back up. The resort itself is built into a cliff, so there are a lot of steps. If you are a wheelchair user or have a pushchair, there are ramps and lifts but it is very hilly and the lifts are very small and dated. There is a lot for kids which is great as we travelled with a 2 and 3 year old, and they loved the dancing at the disco and Mo! There are lots of activities on throughout the day - my sister and I enjoyed yoga and Pilates and I would like to personally mention the lady who guided those sessions, I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she had short blonde hair and a septum piercing. She was so kind and gentle and I didn’t feel judged (I’m a little bigger and very unfit!) and my brother and brother-in-law enjoyed the Boccia (bowls). Lots of entertainment in the evenings for kids and adults. There were some things which were disappointing though. Firstly, the rooms could have been cleaned a lot more thoroughly. The shower was fairly clean but could have been better. There were black marks on the ceiling which I couldn’t tell whether they were mould or holes. There were dirty marks on the walls which could easily have been cleaned off. When we arrived to our room, there were lots of cigarette butts in the plants attached to the balcony wall (we had ground floor rooms) and empty cups. My sister and brother-in-law’s balcony also had a smashed glass on it when we arrived. The towels provided (both shower towels and pool towels) had a bad smell. We changed our towels every day but they still all smelled, especially the bathroom/shower towels which was such a shame. They were also very worn. Food - the food felt very repetitive and there wasn’t many different options. This is in reference to the main restaurant as we didn’t book the Spanish or Italian restaurants as they were booked up. I have gluten and dairy intolerances and I was really struggling to find foods I could eat. However, I discovered half way through the holiday that you can request gluten or dairy free food on the TUI Magic Life app, but my request was rejected as you have to submit it before you arrive which was disappointing as I didn’t know about this as it’s not made clear. The biggest complaint which seems to be a common theme within reviews is the pool tiles. The piles at the bottom of the swimming pool were coming off by the handful and I was very concerned about safety. We had to buy swim shoes for my niece and nephew so they didn’t cut their feet in the pool. When we arrived, one of the pools was closed for maintenance as they were redoing the tiles in there and it was being filled up on our last day. I’m not sure

We are just home after an amazing holiday at Magic Life Fuerteventura and cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you are able to upgrade to the private lodge which is incredible! (Adults only) The hotel is a regular second home for us and is continuing to improve many of its already fantastic facilities (active pool very nearly fully refurbished and looking incredible when we were leaving) The speciality restaurants are definitely now worth booking via the fantastic Guest Services team! The speciality restaurants, are certainly a different dining experience to the magico restaurant which itself has wonderful choice, and even after two weeks we found we were able to find and enjoy different meals. ( I think some guests may just need to look a little bit harder and maybe out of the usual comfort zone if they find the magico limited!) Activities at the hotel were most enjoyable, especially the fitness classes, and of course the archery with Diego and Antonio which was brilliant!! We will certainly be booking again. With the new management team in place and such a positive vibe from all the hardworking staff, the hotel is in great shape and forward thinking! We would have no reservations in recommending this hotel to you!

We enjoyed our week in Fuerteventura at this resort. It's a large, A/I property that's beautifully landscaped (there's even a resident hedgehog). Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants. The food was good and you could always find something warm and freshly cooked. There was a big choice with lots of Spanish cuisine. The salad bar was excellent. The a la carte tapas restaurant was lovely, we didn't like the Italian as much and couldn't get into the 3rd one. The main bar in the evening had some low key entertainment, not too exciting but the animation team worked very hard. Our sea view room in bldg 14 was really nice, a good size, clean, modern and recently decorated with a great big bed and a powerful shower. We left our door open and fell asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. There is a beach below the resort, down quite a few steps - go left to a wider section of beach and a nice beach bar (not part of the hotel). We came on a last minute whim to escape the terrible British weather and this hotel did that job very well. It was great value for money. The weather was perfect! We used the smaller pool near the tennis courts which was warmer, quieter and didn't have any music playing. Our only disappointment was that, in spite of having a gorgeous seaside setting, except in the seafront rooms, you could barely see the view. There was no beach bar or restaurant with a view. There were low walls at the front, so if you sat down, you couldn't see anything. I suspect this is because it's often very windy in Fuerteventura, so the walls protect you. But we thought it was a lost opportunity. Otherwise, we had a relaxing weekand enjoyed our stay.
