I really liked this hotel. The staff were nice, the food was very good and I had a good room. The pool are looked nice, but I went down to the beach, preferring to swim in the sea (January).
The immediate are round the hotel is not bueatiful, but inhad a car and was doing some walking.
My only otther gripe was that I was offered an ugrade for a room with a view of the sea. The sea view was not brilliant, and probably not worth 3o Euros per night.

The location of the accommodation and the building are very nice, the view of the sea from almost everywhere on the complex is great. The access to the rooms is from a kind of green courtyard, which looks really nice. The complex and corridors are very spacious, you have to walk a lot, the elevators are no use, we had to use 2 different elevators to get to our room and walk a lot to get there.
The service in this hotel is practically non-existent, everything is very impersonal. We had to wait a long time to check in. There were only 2 counters open, far too few for a hotel with almost 350 rooms. The welcome was pretty cold, a few details were rattled off in a cliché-like manner and then we were released into the vastness of the large hotel complex without any further explanation of how best to get to our room. We had hoped for more. In general, the reception is not sufficiently staffed for the size of the hotel, we always saw long queues when leaving the hotel every day. The second big negative point was unfortunately the food. We had booked half board. The a**osphere of the large dining room is horrible, far too busy and loud. We never wanted to stay there for long. Prices for drinks were very high. Unfortunately, the food was a disappoin**ent for us. A lot of it was overcooked, tasted boring and there was hardly any choice for vegetarians and then it was labeled incorrectly, a vegetarian risotto contained shrimps, which is not acceptable.
