We had a lovely stay at the hotel, it was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing week in the sun however if you wanted to be a bit more active the entertainment teams provided daytime entertainment and there was also evening entertainment. The beach is beautiful and reached easily via an underpass (a five min walk). The food was generally good however my daughter is a vegetarian and she struggled a bit some days and the food wasn’t always labelled with what it was so for example you might get a spoonful of “ coleslaw” and there were chunks of meat in it. Overall I did enjoy the hotel and would return, there were a few pet peeves that are easy to rectify but it was a good hotel

El hotel está bastante bien. Servicios muy buenos, comida muy buena y bastante variedad. Habitación muy limpia y arreglada. No vienen incluidas las colchas en la cama. El primer día pasamos frio hasta que las descubrimos en el armario guardadas. El agua embotellada no está incluida en todo incluido. Hay agua de un grifo que es destilada o algo así, pero a mí me sentó mal y no pude consumirla. Tuve que bajar al spar a comprar agua. Todas las bebidas de la cena son de grifo menos el vino. La atención muy buena y habitaciones y piscina muy amplias y amplia variedad de comida. La comida muy rica. Eso sí, alcohol dentro de las marcas que ellos digan tienes posibilidad de coger todo el que quieras, aunque me dijeron que era aguachirri. Animación lo justo para los críos muy pequeños. En definitiva, volvería a repetir, pero comprando agua embotellada ya que no consumo alcohol.

Très grand Hôtel mais beaucoup de travaux de rénovation a prévoir notamment tout le carrelage cassé partout . Clientèle peu familiale plutôt âgée. Très grand buffet mais manque parfois la qualité, pas toujours bon et vaisselle pas tres propre.Chambre spacieuse avec très grand lit confortable. Serviettes changées tous les jours , ménage fait rapidement beaucoup de poussière au sol et sur les meubles.

Purtroppo questo hotel sta peggiorando negli anni, e la terza volta che veniamo ma adesso elenco tutti i disservizi Cibo ripetuto per una settimana Alla prenotazione ti dicono disponibilità di check aut posticipato per clienti Unique, ecco non credeteci mai avuto la possibilità. Nella sala da pranzo camerieri che non tolgono piatti sporchi, infastiditi se fai richieste, spesso piatti e bicchiere mancanti. Alla reception un operatore Jimmy maleducado poco esauriente nelle richieste, non si può andare in vacanza e sentire una persona che ti urla. Ma scherziamo educazione prima di tutto. Mi spiace ma questa catena di hotel dovrebbero valorizzarla con il personale adatto.

Hemos ido muchos años a este hotel pero la caída de calidad en la mayoría de los servicios es tan grotesca que no creo que volvamos.La calidad de la comida,shows nocturnos y servicios en general no tienen nada que ver con los ofrecidos hasta hace unos años.Ya no se lo recomendaría a nadie.
