Everything was good, staff very competetive and polite, room very spacious and clean ( except windows cause of desert rain) breakfast ok....The only negative thing is the location as the hotel is on a busy crossing main roads and the GPS had a hard time to guide me to the hotel, otherwise and generally speaking I give it 4 stars...

The rooms are exactly how is on the picture.Only what I didn't like that when we entered in the room had a little musty smell, but after we opened the window it was okay. There is nice cosy coffe shop onthe ground floor.Restaurants nearby the hotel. There was only 1 set of towel for 5 person but then we requested and they gave to us.The staff is nice, helpful. It is half an hour drive for main tourist attractions (for each place).I would recommend for those who want a stay within budget.

We checked in and we’re allocated a room that had someone in it. After that fiasco, considering we asked for towels at 4pm, we had no towels until multiple requests- not even hand towels, until after 11pm and after my husband went down to reception and had an altercation. Normally we are quite tolerant but it had been raining, we all needed to shower and there were no towels for showering or wudu. The showers were Cold in this place and breakfast was non existent. We paid for it it kids ate nothing. If you can live with above then the rooms are large. There is a mall opposite which is accessible via a footbridge (the bridge floods when raining), it has rides on top floor to keep kids entertained too. This is around the Asian area so Indian food is available.
