酒店地理位置優越，在市中心，步行2-3分鐘即可到達樂天免税店，5-10分鐘到達新羅免税店，周邊有很多特色餐廳。酒店前台部分可説中文，可以直接交流無障礙。
內部設施到位，帶孩子的可以提供床圍欄，每天都有兩瓶免費的水，但是是冰的。有一大一小兩張床，特別適合帶孩子的家庭。

像國內的橘子水晶，很乾凈，非常現代化，但是洗手間沒有洗手枱太小了。插座不用換直接用很方便，前台服務很好，還借給我們親子小推車，解決雙手！！贊，隔音的話非常一般靠近房門，基本都聽得見房裡説什麼。

酒店在樂天免税店對面，附近就是保健路，吃吃逛逛很方便，酒店房間挺大的，就是隔音不是很好，半夜偶爾聽到摩託車聲音。但是這次帶着9歲的小朋友出行，定的是家庭房，從來沒有遇到過收錢的情況，當天入住收了2萬多韓幣，説是小朋友作為第三個人入住房間的費用，很生氣，但是為了不影響旅遊的心情加上語言不通，也沒有過多爭執，帶小孩的注意了‼️
