住的房間水龍頭壞的 開了就關不了 也沒來修 也不主動提出換房間 畢竟是異國 我也就懶得説了 衞生也沒打掃 但是服務態度還不錯 男的英語都很差 小姐姐都挺好的 可以幫忙叫出租車 位置有點偏 風景挺好看的 旁邊有個小便利店

604호 테라스오션룸 이용했습니다.
5월 26~28일 여행일정에서 즉흥적으로 하루 더 연장하여 29일까지 머물렀고, 특별히 큰 불만은 없었습니다
욕실 욕조 앞 창가에서 보이는 애월 해안가가 너무 멋졌고 테라스도 좋았어요. 조식도 시간 널널하고 진짜 맛있습니다! 매일매일 메뉴가 달라서 연박하시는 분들 아침 걱정 없이 좋을 거 같아요.
호텔 이용하면서 딱 두 가지 아쉬운 게 있다면 욕실 청결과 어매니티입니다.
604호가 자주 나가지 않는 방인 건지, 청소를 제대로 안 했던 건지 세면대에 물때가 가득했고 컵을 놔뒀던 자국이 그대로 찍혀있었어요. 전체적인 룸 컨디션과 다른 부분은 전부 청결하고 좋았지만 욕실만 너무 안 좋았네요. 변기 뚜껑이 열려있어도 보통 거기서 냄새가 나는 일은 드문데, 일정을 마치고 숙소로 돌아오면 변기에서 올라오는 암모니아 냄새 때문에 밥맛도 떨어지고 남편이랑 제 기분까지 다운되는 느낌. 첫날 처음 들어갔을 때부터 냄새가 나긴 했지만 그땐 딱히 개의치않았어요. 잠깐 나다 말겠지 했는데 마지막날까지 냄새가 올라오더라구요. 이건 정말 개선해야하는 부분이라고 생각합니다.
그리고 어매니티! 샴푸세트랑 바디로션을 다 같은 브랜드로 통일했던데 향이 너무 머리아파요. 너무 강합니다. 개인적인 취향일 수도 있지만 사용 후 밖에 반나절 이상 걷고 돌아다녀도 머리아픈 그 특유의 향이 안 빠집니다. 그리고 샴푸, 바디워시, 컨디셔너는 이름대로의 효과가 없는 것 같아요. 너무 향에 집중한 느낌? 바디로션도 마찬가지입니다. 끈적하고, 잔향이 좋지 않아요. 그냥 중저가 브랜드의 무난한 걸로 새로 바꾸는 것도 나쁘지않은 방법인 거 같습니다. 물론 개인 물품 챙겨가면 안 써도 되는 것들이지만 여기는 호텔이니까요.
마지막으로 어매니티는 이용객 개인의 취향이라 어쩔 수 없는 부분이지만 욕실 청결은 정말 꼭 더 신경 써주셨으면 좋겠어요.

房間挺大的 酒店出門就是海 酒店泳池是恆温的 泳池旁邊有温泉很舒服 但是我們第一天住的那間房第二天異味很重 馬桶反味 巨臭巨醜 等了很久一兩個小時才來人解決 然後換了一間房 整體來説還可以 酒店附近沒啥吃的

早餐很一般，當天催促退房不近人情，告知不準時退房要額外付款高於一晚房費的價格，出國旅行行李多，一點不通融的，關鍵韓國退房時間還早，感受很炸裂。
