I stayed in a traditional room (ondol room).
The room was clean. It was spacious and I could use it comfortably even if I spread out my luggage.
The Wi-Fi in my room was unstable and I couldn't use it. The repeater was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for help, but they just checked the signal at the entrance to the room and didn't help me, so I had to spend a long time in the lobby watching videos. I realized later that the Wi-Fi worked fine in the bathroom next to the entrance of the room. However, there was no power outlet in the bathroom.
There was a bathtub in the bathroom, and although many of the towels were old and brownish, there were plenty of them.
The room itself was good, and I was glad to have the experience of staying in a traditional Korean room. It's fine if you just want to sleep. I lowered my rating because of the poor service at the front desk.

It was in a very convenient location near the Lotte City Hotel. The room was cleaned every day, towels and bath towels were changed every day, and the trash can was emptied every day. The bathroom also had a bathtub. The only downside was that I chose an ondol room, but there was no bed, so I had to use a futon.
