제주도에서 제주시 숙소는 가성비를 따지면 안될듯 합니다
가격은 좋으나 시설이 너무 노후됨
취사가능한데 물컵도 하나없고 맥심 사은품 스텐리스컵 하나뿐
숙소는 낮기온이 14도였는데 추워요ㅜㅜ

10월 하순이고 아침저녁에는 쌀쌀한데도 난방이 전혀 제공되지 않아 너무 추웠습니다.
카운터 연락했더니 11월부터 난방 제공된다고...ㅜ
월로 끊을게 아니라 온돈를 보고 간헐적으로라도 난방을 해줘야되는게 고객서비스 아닐까요?
예약한방은 더블 침대하나에 싱글 2대였는데 호텔에서는 더블 2개로 저희를 보냈고 예약 확인은 트립닷컴과 고객이 확인하라고 하고 리조트는 관심 밖이었습니다. 밤에 TV를 보려고 켜니 화면이 깜박깜빅거려서 볼수가 없어 연락했더니 원래 제가 예약했었던 구조의 옆방을 함께 쓰라고...
밤 12시에 거실 화장실 등이 나가 연락했더니 전화연결도 안되고 너무 추워서 물을 좀 끓여서 실내온도를 올리는 수밖에 없었습니다;;

문열자마자 현관에 왕만한 바퀴벌레가 뙇~
베란다쪽 큰 창문은 커튼이 있는데. 작은창문은 커튼이 없어서 아침마다 햇빛에 눈뽕 당했네요
원래 커튼이 없냐고 청소하시는 분께 물어보니까 원래 커튼이 없는게 맞다고... 근데. 커튼 달려있던 흔적은 있던데...
물빨이 진짜 너무 약해서 씻을때마다 너무 불편했어요.. 졸졸졸...... 이렇게 나와요 샤워기가...
물 5분간 틀어놨는데 온수가 안나와요, 10분이상 틀어놔야 따뜻한물 나오더라구요........
방안에 커피 포트 없어요~ 저희는 그나마 직접 들고가서 괜찮았는데. 참고하세요.
층마다 정수기는 있긴 있어요~ 방안에 드라이기 있는데. 용량작은 조그마한거라서 드라이기도 저희꺼 썼네요.
세면도구 꼭 챙겨가야되구요. 5일 있었는데. 청소는 한번도 안해주고, 쓰레기통만 비우고, 수건만 주고 가더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
저희는 숙소에서 잠만 잤던거라서 별로 불편함이 없었긴 한데....... 방은 넓어요~ 침대도 두개 다 큰거고.
가족끼리나, 친구들끼리 가성비 생각해서 가시는거면 괜찮은데, 연인끼리는 완전 비추 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
아~ 학생들 수학여행이나 수련회 같은거 올때 숙소로 많이 사용하는 그런곳인거 같아요~
저희도 자고 있는데. 갑자기 **학교 학생들 밥먹고 아침 7시 50분까지 모이라는 방송이 나와서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
