동문시장에서 차로 10분거리라는 것 외에는 위치가 별로입니다.
온수통이 있어서 온수를 좀(정확히 몇 리터인지 기억 안 남요) 사용하면 찬물이 나오고 다시 온수 나올때까지 20~30분 정도 걸린다고 합니다. 실제로 온수가 끊겼었습니다. 참고해서 샤워하시길 바랍니다. 이 내용을 체크인 할 때 못 들어서 황당했네요. 온수 제한 숙박시설은 상상도 못 했네요.
전 아들 샤워 후에 혹시 몰라 40분 뒤 빠르게 샤워 마무리요... ㅠㅠ
예약 시 사진보시고 예약하시면 많이 실망하실겁니다. 좀 많이 방을 뽀샤시하게 처리해서 첨에 예약한 것과 다른 호텔인줄 순간 착각한 정도에요.
난방은 잘 되는데 더울 때 냉방은 모르겠네요.
복도 소리 방음 잘 안되고 층간 소음도 있습니다.
프론트 분 친절하십니다. 점잖으신 노신사 분이셨습니다.
주변 걸어서 갈 수 있는 마트와 편의점 있습니다. 식당도 몇 군데 보이던데 안 가봤네요.
주차공간이 1층 외부에 4,5자리 외 더 있는지 모르겠네요.
종합적 의견으로는 가격대비 별로고 재방문 의사는 없습니다.

제주항 위에 자리잡고 있는데 가성비 좋고 오션뷰도 좋아요.
공항 또는 여객선 가깝고, 근처 편의점이랑 고기집 있고,
항쪽으로 걸어가면 유명한 횟집이랑 쥐치조림집도 있어서 조용히 쉬다오기 좋아요
