Service is ok some of the staff did not how to speak in English and some of them is ok. Should give some 3 in 1 coffee in the room. Breakfast buffet is ok not much varieties.

The hotel is in a good location and pretty good condition, bathroom even has smart toilet. The only negative aspect that the room had no toothpaste or toothbrush, for a twin room they only had one teabag and no coffee 😂 are they expecting the guests to share one teabag?

Conveniently located near the airport. Large and clean room. Very near places to shop and dine. Even though we stayed for a night, it is highly recommended.

Large room size, comfortable beds and clean. 15 minutes walk to lotte mart, lots of food choices near the hotel. Reasonable price. Highly recommended

Although the building looks old, their service is good and the room is clean. Good location and near the international airport, good place to eat and shop as well. I will book in this hotel again if I have a chance to go to Jeju next time. Strongly recommended.

Room is good. It also serves a good buffet spread for breakfast. Sockets in the rooms are universal type. Complimentary water provided.

Comfortable stay, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Staff speaks some English but sometimes translator app needed. Check in time is quite late around 3pm. There is no official luggage storage but many people who arrive early will leave luggage while they explore surroundings.

Great hotel! It’s in the middle of Jeju City, so there are plenty of things to do. And it’s about 8 minutes from the airport.
