숙박업소에 기본적으로 갖춰져 있어야할 것들이 없는 경우는 처음 이기도 하지만 청소 상태도 너무 엉망이였고 위생 상태ᆢ 침구류ᆢ 타올ᆢ등등 아주 최악인 상태에요ᆢ 늦은 시간과 환불만 됐어도 그냥 나갔을거에요ᆢ 이런 호텔은 받아주는 트립 닷컴이 오히려 불신하게 될것 같아요

모든 시설 노후가 많이 되었습니다
첫 방배정 후 청결에 문제가 많고
문 잠금 되지 않아 다른 방 요청 후
두번째 방 또한 청결 최악이였고
세면대 불 안 들어오고
청소가 안되었는지 화장실 내부 바닥 머리카락 다수 발견
티비 화면 고정이 안되고 밑으로 항해 있습니다
냉장고 역시 물 고여 있고
정상 작동 또한 안되네요
주차도 차량 4대가 전부
야간에 들어왔을때 다른 건물 주차장 이용 안내 받았습니다

제주 시내에 위치해있고, 바로 뒤에 먹자골목이 있어서 식사하기에도 편했고 시끄러울 줄 알았으나 밤 내내 조용히 편하게 잘 쉬고 갔습니다!

衞生方面，垃圾桶很臟，而且有前面的客人用過的taotao，很噁心。床褥和枕頭上面都是各種奇怪的黃色污漬，讓人懷疑是否有清潔過。毛巾散發著奇怪的味道，連電暖氣打開之後都有一種狐臭的怪味。疫情期間上下電梯有客人也不帶口罩，連前台工作期間也不戴好口罩，態度也不是很親切，特別令人無語，電梯裏打掃客人房間的燒酒瓶子和清潔用的吸塵器在電梯裏很久沒人收，隔着口罩都聞到酒味很濃。最令人無語的是定的是兩張大床的雙床房，結果跟我們説住不了三個人，想讓我們加錢加床，溝通證明我們訂的明確可以住三個人之後衹給分了一間大床➕單人床的三人間。最後就是房間洗手間的燈亮的時間非常短，基本在廁所裏呆超過五分鐘的話就要請外面的人手動幫忙開燈，照鏡子也是看不清，如果有化粧需求，幾乎是原地不停九十度前後腳打轉的程度才能保證完成化粧步驟，一早上跨步轉圈的次數跟練芭蕾的有一拼，也不知道是為了省電還是幹什麼，反正避雷吧。總之一句話，真的超級無敵差勁，完全不推薦。有那個錢同等價位可以去別家，不至於來這裏買罪受，不是迫不得已不要選擇折磨自己
