급하게 예약한 숙소였는데 가성비 좋고 최근에 리몰델링 했는지 아주 깨끗했습니다 한림 리조트서 1박하고 나머지일정은 다른 숙소를 예약했는데 청결도에서 정말 차이가 많이나서 숙소 옮긴거 후회했습니다 직원분들도 친절하시고 냉장고 시원하게 작동되고 주차가 편하고 리조트 위치도 제주여행에 적합하는 아주 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다

생각보다 방이 정말 넓고 좋았어요, 협재 해수욕장까지 걸어서 다닐만한 위치이고 아무런 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 :)

This is probably the worst accommodation experience in my life! ! ! 1. At about 12:14 local time on the night of check-in, when I was half asleep and half awake, someone outside the door tried to swipe the card several times to enter. Because of the shock, it was difficult to fall asleep again, so I contacted Ctrip to find out what happened. 2. Later, the room phone was called again, and I was shocked again. The three of us couldn't fall asleep. 3. It dragged on until 10 o'clock the next morning. The hotel replied that the guest next door found the wrong room and accidentally swiped our door, and emphasized that it had nothing to do with the hotel! ! ! But... they are all guests of the hotel. If one party is disturbed by the behavior of the other party, the hotel should have a sense of service, take responsibility, and should comfort the disturbed party, but the hotel's attitude is indeed very tough. 4. Originally booked for 2 nights, the next day because of the shock the night before and the disappointment with the hotel's attitude, asked to check out the next night, but no one responded to the hotel front desk, and the time was delayed for a long time.

친절하시구 침구류와 화장실은 깨끗했습니다 물이 좋아서 샤워 15분했는데 매끈해졌습니다 아이가 아파서 열이났는데 편의점에 타이래놀 어린이용 해열제를 판매하여 잘 이용습니다 아침 조식은 가성비로 간단히 잘 챙겨먹을수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다

It's a little far from the beach, about ten minutes' walk. The hotel is very quiet, and most of the people are Korean families on vacation. There are microwaves and pots and pans in the room. The room is also very clean, and the price-performance ratio is good.

넓은 객실과 깨끗한 시설이 너무 좋았고 조식은 약간 부족한 느낌은 있지만 가성비로는 좋은 것 같았습니다 객실은 간단하게 조리를 할 수 있는 주방과 거실 침실로 나뉘어져 사용하기 편리했으며 모든시설이 청결했습니다. 다음에 한림으로 여행한다면 다시가고 싶은 곳 입니다.

너무너무 좋았고 셋이서 묵기에 엄청 넓었어요! 날씨가 추웠는데 숙소에 도착하니 난방도 엄청 뜨끈뜨끈하게 틀어주셨어요👍🏻
