整體而言還不錯，只是標明四星酒店但房間沒配備 浴袍，任何人都可隨意出入，因為電梯不用拍房咭，幸虧濟洲算是安全的城市

뚜벅이 여행자라 늘 교통편 이용이 편리한 샬롬호텔을 몇년째 이용중이랍니다.
시설이 노후한 부분은 있으나
늘 친절하고 넓고 깨끗한 방을 제공받을 수 있어 매번 제주여행때마다 이용하고있답니다^^

衞生：衞生還算乾淨，就咱們國內連鎖酒店差不多的感覺，但是沒有一次性牙膏牙刷的記得自己帶
環境：我們的房間可以看到海，還看到了兩次日落
服務：前台有個帥小哥，不會中文但可以英文交流，還有大叔服務態度也很好，可以幫忙叫出租車，樓下就有CU便利店和公交車，我們去的地方樓下公交都能直達，性性比很高，我下次去還會選擇住那邊！！

酒店中規中矩
前台的服務態度不是很熱情，而且不會説中文
頁面上寫的除了不提供一次性用具之外，實際上連沐浴露洗髮水也是沒有的
問了前台一位比較年輕的服務員，説旁邊有自動售貨機可以買
請教他如何購買，這位小夥子塞了幾次紙幣都不成功，然後問我要了10000韓幣，他從前台抽屜裏取了一張類似於員工卡之類的插入後買了2份（共8000韓幣）
之後還故意問我收錢，因為不會韓語，我用手機翻譯告訴他，之前不是給過你10000韓幣了嗎？就這麼2分鐘忘了？我感覺他是故意的。
前台還有一位年紀大的服務員，一副欠他錢的樣子，總之服務很一般。
早餐我們是自己花錢的，又貴品種有少，又難吃。除了樓下公交站方便點，應該不會再入住這家酒店。
請大家避雷！！！
