I will never come to this hotel again. It seriously disrespects Chinese people. I have traveled to so many countries, but this is the first time I met a woman who deliberately spoke English very fast when checking in at a hotel. She looked impatient when asking questions several times and rolled her eyes. This attitude is simply outrageous. It ruined my good mood for the whole trip. I don't even want to give this a score of 1 point.
