The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

I’ve stayed here before and found the check in staff less friendly this time. The double bed assigned to my friend, couple was of bad quality. The bed mattress spring was so bad that it disturbed the other partner when slight movement during sleep. They requested for change of room the next day but was told none available. Lucky we have our room for them to leave their luggages.

The hotel was clean and spacious! Really like their toilet ! However the water power is quite low and not strong to wash your hair. Only negative point. Otherwise the hotel is very convenient! I recommend

房間大小還可以，不是在市中心，離免税店還有三四公里的距離，離東門巿場也有三公里，但勝在馬路對面的公交車，去哪都比較方便，酒店裡有bhc 炸**，可以送上來，總體來説，還是比較方便
