Everything is always perfect
Just one drawback
The inflexibility of the employees at Info...
All other staff are friendly and nice.
I think the problem is with the staff at the info desk, which is the first thing you encounter at the hotel. I highly recommend O Villa.

두번째 방문입니다. 제주 숙소중에 제일 좋은것같아요 :) 테라스에 의자랑 탁자설치되면 참 좋을텐데.. 좋은뷰에 살짝 아숩네요. 완전 추천하는 숙소임은 확실합니다 :)

If I had known in advance that there was no elevator to go up to the second floor room, I would not have made a reservation, but I found out after checking in and did not change the room. They said there was no service to carry luggage, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs myself.
It was very inconvenient to have to use the stairs every time I went out.
It was a different view of the ****s than what I saw in the picture, and there was a terrace but no tables or chairs. I don't want to go again and I don't recommend it.
