Absolutely rude front desk staff, no idea what they are doing in the hospitality industry when they dont even smile. Never going back. Air cond leaks and was told its normal when reported to front desk nothing given or done to rectify the issue. Rudely awakened in the middle of the night twice again when it started to drip profusely again! On the last day of stay, when the door to enter was inaccessible after noon although we had earlier asked for a late check out which was agreed at 1pm, another staff rudely rolls eyes in front of you and deliberately checks her watch to tell you should have checked out at noon although it wasn't communicated between them. Horrible and terrible experience. Housekeeping staff on the other hand were helpful trying to allow us into our room although that didnt work and were pleasant along the corridors.

Perfectly OK for one night. A few minutes from the city center, the street in front of the house is noisy during the day, OK at night. The railway runs behind the house. Parking is behind the building. Check-in is straightforward. No bar or anything similar, but a few vending machines. The bathroom and room were very clean.
