Morning coffee - disorganized, knives that don't cut, a super slow rest (depending on whether you're asking and reminding the official more than once), incomplete crazy. an example was to have the cup for the coffee and not have enough collars. the crazy Weakened to pick up the food. space of the restaurant does not include the full hostel, having to call before to see availability and yet, as they do not reserve when vc calls before going, Other people who don't connect can pick up their table and you can stay waiting even so. q kitchen service of the bad tb support. Drinks from the pool area are bad tb. Mal done. Rooms - bad dressers, short bed clothes (like they use pairs in the Queen's box), leaving guests with their feet out or without covering right. Leaving the comforts with bad smell. says you have a hair dryer. stay in the reception. vc must pick, use and return. You can't stay in the room. Or you can get it and you have. Pq doesn't everyone have the same education and respect. The guest sells a beautiful picture of your pool. But as the shower is not and well signaled it sometimes gets with that layer of fat of a visible protector, though, and good. The hotel allows guests to smoke in the pool area, which makes it very unpleasant that you stay in the ground floor rooms, because you had days to leave the room and take a cigarette bucket before you arrive at the coffee. It's not bad, but it's better, then I don't recommend it's cheap and it's better, if you don't get behind a pool, it's worth looking for others.

We booked a family dream trip, but it turned up as a nightmare and headache. We booked directly on their website, but upon our arrival, they changed for our kids who they didn’t have to pay on their age. After a long battle, they said they weren’t not paying us back. They’re such dishonest people. Our son almost felt on the shower drain. Pool service is bad, room furniture was all bit up, the pool needs maintenance, staff is so lost and not trained. Such a bad hotel management. We thought we came to relax, but we got so stressed and frustrated.
