I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

The InterContinental this time was so comfortable. The room movement line was especially comfortable with the baby. Special thanks to Sisi and Kiki for their thoughtful arrangements and services. Downstairs is the City of David for shopping and eating.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Especially Miss Cindy in the housekeeping department, she is super good at service, thinking about what the guests want, and providing a home-like service. The hotel environment is quiet, the design is full, the location is good, and the transportation is very convenient, making our journey more perfect.

When I came to Luoyang for tourism, I chose Huamao Chunsong Hotel next to Luoyang Longmen Station of the high-speed railway. It is a newly opened hotel with new facilities and good services! It provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. It can pick up and drop off at the high-speed railway station and the airport. We took the high-speed railway back this time. Although the distance is very close, it is a bit inconvenient to carry luggage. The hotel staff carefully registered the drop-off time and prepared the car in advance and waited for us. Let's talk about the room. The sensual power supply does not require a door card. The bathtub is so big and comfortable, there are two washbasins, and the large shower head has a particularly large water flow, which is so comfortable. The amenities are still the Jurlique lavender series, and the fragrance is simply healing! There is also good night milk and sleep-aiding aromatherapy, welcome fruits and snacks, so thoughtful! Next time I come to Luoyang, I will stay at this hotel again, call you to pick me up at the airport, haha

Staff on hand don’t really have strong English language skills. 1km away from the nearest subway, but takes you 1.5hrs to the city centre. But given it’s 1/10th the price of a taxi, still reasonable. Gym is clean and relatively new. Hardly used. Simple meals at the restaurant is affordable, but just local noodle dish. However as an airport layover hotel, it’s as good as it gets. Airport transfer service is every hourly 24/7, and complimentary. Takes you 15 mins to get to the airport. It’s another 15mins walk to then nearest strip mall, which again is mainly local foods and some sports/apparel stores.

Fantastic hotel with location near to a mall as well as metro station, Railway station. Very friendly staff and really admire the Restaurant lady who take great care to find honey and provided. I was also impressed by the housekeeper who left an handwritten note saying she folded my clothes and kept 2 extra bottles of water. That was very nice to see simple gesture yet rare.

The room decoration is great, very grand and luxurious, the breakfast variety and taste are also very good, especially the spicy soup 👍, it is convenient to travel, there are Metro Line 1 and Line 10, and there are Zhengzhou Science and Technology Museum and Zhengzhou South-to-North Water Diversion Museum nearby (the interior is closed for renovation until November 30).

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

The main feature of this hotel is the service. The service is really great. Everything is reflected in the details. I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

Impeccable, the Pury Hotel （国宝铂瑞）is no doubt the best hotel in Luoyang. I was welcomed by the hotel not at the reception, but at the LongMen railway station, the moment I arrived at Luoyang. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but I must give special thanks to Madame Karen Zhang, the lobby manager, (张静 is her Chinese name). She went out of her way by changing telephone conversations with me in advance to make my trip smooth. I originally booked a two-bed business room for my stay. As she found out that I have some relatives coming to visit me, she upgraded me to a larger room, making it easier for us to sit around. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Well I did not dine anywhere else in Luoyang this time, I have a little doubt it must be one of the best ones around. The hotel facilities are quite modern and the rooms clean and comfortable.

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

The hotel location s is absolutely the best place in Longmen grottoes. You’ll enjoy a complimentary tea with the grottoes right in front of you! The hotel staffs are kind and accommodating. One are is the sound proofing of the room which is somewhat annoying when someone’s moving in/out of the elevator or room. Overall is best experience.

The room was great! The handsome guy at the front desk also provided good parking service, and he even upgraded my room! ~~ The design and sanitary environment are very good! The air conditioner can also be hot or cold, while many other hotels can only cool or heat, which is very good! It meets the needs of different people. And the suite comes with four bottles of water.
