Everything was great, but there was one thing that was beyond exceptional. I have Celiac, and so my possibilities for breakfast are usually limited. But not here. During the first breakfast here, we asked the chef in the dining room (his name was Fares!) regarding gluten-free options. Chef Fares offered to personally make me a gluten-free toast, which was very heartwarming. When bringing the toast, he also brought an additional plate full of GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES that he made himself! As a Celiac person, I've never tasted pancakes before, and I was granted that first experience! He seemed to be touched by this as well when I told him and he said he'd make anything else we want, and bring it to us personally to the table. If it's not enough, at the end of our breakfast, he made us a few small GLUTEN FREE cakes which tasted exceptionally! Fares, you are an exceptional cook (having this level of talent when it comes to gluten-free products is very rare!), and you definitely made our stay in this hotel to be remembered, we will be back
