Everything was great, but there was one thing that was beyond exceptional. I have Celiac, and so my possibilities for breakfast are usually limited. But not here. During the first breakfast here, we asked the chef in the dining room (his name was Fares!) regarding gluten-free options. Chef Fares offered to personally make me a gluten-free toast, which was very heartwarming. When bringing the toast, he also brought an additional plate full of GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES that he made himself! As a Celiac person, I've never tasted pancakes before, and I was granted that first experience! He seemed to be touched by this as well when I told him and he said he'd make anything else we want, and bring it to us personally to the table. If it's not enough, at the end of our breakfast, he made us a few small GLUTEN FREE cakes which tasted exceptionally! Fares, you are an exceptional cook (having this level of talent when it comes to gluten-free products is very rare!), and you definitely made our stay in this hotel to be remembered, we will be back

The location, room and facilities are top level, we stayed there as a couple. We had several requests so we called the hotel before arriving. The staff is very friendly, especially Etgar from reception who made the check-in process very professional and warm. She's also the one who helped us with our requests over the phone.

Absolutely perfect location, at the intersection of Bet Lechem and Emek Refaim. A beautiful, modern hotel; room was excellent; public spaces are bright; gym was nice . . . staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant!! Fantastic place!!

A wonderful stay! All the staff were kind, friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with huge beds and luxurious sheets. The entire hotel was spotless! A special thanks to Arianna for making our stay run so smoothly and to Hatem for his care and attention by the pool. We hope to be back soon!

First time stay at the Orient, having stayed previously at the other Jerusalem luxury hotels on prior trips. The Orient holds its own and has its own charm, with a top-rate breakfast, nice rooms and public spaces, and a good location near the First Station. Easy access to cabs to visit Mamilla, the Old City, and other Jerusalem sites. Rooms are well-equipped and service is friendly, but without some of the flourishes you find in some of the grander, but more expensive, local alternatives. Very enjoyable stay and nice service as well.
