Ramada Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"Overall great"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Very good value, convenient location."
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Addar Hotel ★★★
"Service good, people good but bad smell"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★
"The second time we stayed there Great location, nice team. We would recommend staying there"
St. George’s Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse – Jerusalem ★★★
"A very unique hotel, converted from a church. Security is also strict, and no one except hotel guests can enter or exit at will, which makes people feel at ease. The room is spacious and the facilities are simple but very clean. There are three disadvantages: 1) Bottled water is not provided. In order to drink water, you have to go out and buy it. 2) Some items in the breakfast were extremely salty. 3) The bed is too soft, which is a bit painful for people with bad lumbar spine. Otherwise very good."
The David Story Boutique ★★★
"This is not a "hotel". It is a cluster of rooms operated by the same owner. The location is really good. Service is non-existent. My room was large and comfortable. It is impossible to communicate with them via email or Whatsapp. They have no staff other than the maids who clean each morning. There is no lobby. It is basically an accomodation. It is severely understaffed and not very safe as anyone can walk in. The room has a microwave, a mini-fridge, water kettle and Nespresso machine. It is a very odd place and they only let you know the details a few hours before you arrive via a mysterious Whatsapp. Otherwise impossible to communicate with them. Whatsapp operator is rude."
The Post Hostel Jerusalem ★★
"The issues that arose include: 1. **Lack of Availability**: I inquired in advance about purchasing the "Behetzdaa" benefit and was instructed to follow certain guidelines. Subsequently, there was no response from your side, even though I tried to contact immediately. 2. **Disregard for Sabbath Observance**: I explicitly requested not to be contacted on the Sabbath, yet I received calls from you throughout the day, which disrespected my values as an observant individual. 3. **Unprofessional Reception Service**: Upon our arrival at the hotel, we had to wait a long time at the reception to receive the room. 4. **Faulty Air Conditioning – Significant Distress**: The room was unbearable. The air conditioner only operated on heating mode, and despite our complaint, we were told it could not be fixed until the next day. We were forced to sleep on an extremely hot night, sweating and suffering, with no temporary solution or minimal consideration from your side. This is a severe impact on the quality of stay and guest comfort! 5. **Broken Curtain**: Light entered the room early in the morning because the curtain did not cover the window properly and was not securely attached, making it difficult to rest adequately. 6. **Check-Out Discrepancy with Published Information**: At 10:30 AM, we were awakened by loud knocking, claiming that check-out time was 10:00 AM, even though it was clearly stated that departure time was until 11:00 AM."
Ibis Jerusalem City Center ★★★
"Very good location, close to everything within walking distance. Impeccable breakfast, perfect service!"

Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience."

"Very clean and tidy"
The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"The American Colony is one of my favorite places in the world — a sanctuary of calm, history, and elegance. Every time I stay here, I’m reminded why it’s such a rare gem. It has become my home away from home with the most brilliant staff on the planet who give this already special hotel a beautiful touch. Breakfast in the courtyard is one of life’s simple pleasures — strong Arabic coffee, fresh pastries, and the sound of the fountains mingling with morning conversation. The evenings are equally magical; the bar, with its mix of locals, correspondents, and travelers, feels like a salon of ideas. It’s just magical in every way!"
Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem
"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem"
Hotel Yehuda
"The hotel keeps Kosher- not recommended during weekends, full with noisy children, the hotel Bar is closed at 3pm ( at check in time) I. The rooms Annette’s are poor. I couldn’t sleep because of the nearby highway - completely not for relaxing vacation. Very disappointing."
Orient by Isrotel Exclusive
"Nice hotel in good location. Close to old city. Clean. Nicely decorated."
Cassia Hotel Jerusalem
"I'm very, very disappointed with this hotel. Besides a decent breakfast, I paid to be upgraded, which you should definitely never do as there's no difference. The cleanliness was very average, and the rooms absolutely do not justify the price asked, with empty or broken dispensers in the showers."
Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
" Exceptional Stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem We had a truly wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. The service was outstanding—every staff member was professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options served in a beautiful setting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay on the terace—everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. The hotel itself is elegant, spotless, and ideally located near the Old City and many main attractions. It was a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Thank you to the entire team, Daniella, from reception, Gus from the bar,at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem for making our stay so special. We look forward to coming back! Thank you, thank you for hospitality! "

Villa Brown Jerusalem, a Member of Brown Hotels
"The hotel has no parking and it is not mentioned. The spa is closed and so is the cove bar. Although, none of it is disclosed upon booking and all are described as part of the hotel facilities. Hotel is nice but overpriced and we were very disappointed with the false advertising. Breakfast was average. Jacuzzi in the room did not work. We took the “suite” which was an average room."
Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem
"The hotel is in an ideal location--the center of Jerusalem, in an old, quaint neighborhood. We left our car in the gated parking garage and tooled around the city on public transport. The room was large and comfortable, the dining hall spacious, good food, friendly servers. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family."
SpaceART
"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."
Vert Jerusalem by Afi Hotel
"Good location . Nice room. Clean. Very welcome stuff Members .especially Rachel and Hani that make sure I feel comfortable"
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem
"Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"
Ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center
"Very good localization and breakfast"
Notre Dame Center
"This hotel is trash. The receptionist, they don’t speak English. If you ask them for three things ‘towel, packet of coffee, plastic bag, because they don’t understand towel, so they will say, ‘okay!’ and give you the coffee and bag. When you say ‘I am in room 103, please ask cleaner to change bedsheet.’ The second you turn away, she won’t know what room you’re in and she won’t ask again. By the way, you can’t call guest service in your room, this is NOT A HOTEL. JUST A simple small room with no space and NOTHING! YOU ARE JUST RENTING A ROOM! there is only 1 small bottle of water. You want more water? NO! Sorry! No water! You can buy from the restaurant downstairs! And when you ask to ‘change the bedsheet’, they literally will just change the BEDSHEET and the other pillow case and duvet cover, sorry they won’t change! I HAVE TO ASK THREE TIMES FOR THE ENTIRE BEDDINGS TO BE CHANGED! FIRST TIME NOTHING CHANGED AT ALL, and the beddings was so dirty that I COULD NOT SLEEP FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT! The next day, after I went out and came back to the room, realised she didn’t change the beddings so I asked the reception for the cleaner to come up to my room and change it, and when I open the door, she was standing outside and staring straight into my eyes and asked, ‘WHAT?!’ So I decided to tell her that she can change it the next day. Because I felt like she was about to lose it. IN THE EVENING, i wanted a towel, SORRY! NO TOWELS! BECAUSE NO CLEANERS ARE AROUND SO THERE IS NO TOWELS FOR YOU!the picture of the bathroom which I showed you was taken 1.5 hours after the shower and half dried. Infl fact when you come out of the shower, the whole floor is flooded! And STINKS! When the cleaner cleans the room, she only cleans half of the toilet and tucks in your bed and nothing else. The floor is not cleaned and even the coffee is just left there and no one changed the cup for you, no one filled coffee packets or teabag. Basically you have nothing. And whenever you ask for something, they will simply say no. For example if you want to delay checkout for 1 hr, they will be saying ‘NO! SOMEONE NEEDS THE ROOM!’ And you see, the shower head corner has a metal piece that stuck up right at the corner and I had a deep cut which now after four days the scar is still there. If you still decide to check into this hotel, you deserve to be treated like a clown."
